| Our flagship publication is the "Octopus Plan." It was designed from a doctoral dissertation that involved 101 Christian schools throughout North America. This research involved interviews and questionnaires about marketing efforts and designs of marketing/operational planning. The "Octopus Plan" is now being offered as a thought provoking workbook - designed to help school leaders develop a unique and specialized marketing plan and thereby helping all the stake holders of a school to reach their full potential (this includes: administrators, teachers, support staff, students, parents, and the local community). The lessons, exercises, and teachings of the "Octopus Plan" are Biblically based. They encourage wise stewardship, a collective vision, and are eternally rewarding! Dr. David Horner has served as a Christian middle school principal, teacher, and athletic coach. He really is a licensed "search & rescue" tech. Dr. Horner has an extensive educational background in both business and education. He has earned multiple degrees: a doctorate in educational leadership, a MA in business education, a MBA, and a bachelors degree in Marketing. Before entering the field of education, Dr. Horner worked in the marketing and services division of IBM and also is a licensed real estate agent.
